The Bridges Foundation

The Bridges Foundation is comprised of people who have worked in the human services field for many years and have had enough experience to recognize the limitations of state and federal services for people with special needs. These limitations can take the form of limits on the parameters of services, limits on eligibility for services and certainly limits on funding availability. In response to these limitations, The Bridges Foundation was founded with the hope of filling this vacuum of support. We are a nonprofit organization and we hope to promote and/or enhance access to a variety of opportunities that foster relationship building and independent living skills.
